This wiki will not invent a 15,000 HP table, a “kill ten desert mobs” spawn recipe, or a fake immunity list. Those numbers rot the week a Grove patch ships. Confirm spawn, phases, and drops on the Ultimate Trello the day you walk in. What follows is the decision layer: who should go, what to bring, and what the fight is actually for.

What the name is for

Handaconda is not a Base Class. It is not a Super Class. It is not a redeem string. Anyone selling a “Handaconda code” is selling a screenshot — the Codes Hub is still empty. The fight sits in the late desert / raid-shaped layer that Unearthed and Withered Grove players keep searching under different title cards.

Community writeups also mention a Corrupt version of the same contender. Treat that as a harder stamp of the same job, not a second tutorial. If Trello splits the cards, read both. If a short collapses them into one thumbnail, assume the harder room is the one that deletes the undergeared Paladin.

Why people farm it

The honest reason is loot for a lineage, not a highlight. Typical reports say you need three pieces equipped together before the Gynx NPC will talk:

• Open Hand
• Dust Devil’s Eye
• Eroded Way (sometimes written Eroded Blade)

Some routes add a Forgotten Relic as a start item. If the live board does not show that relic the week you play, skip the screenshot shop. The Gynx guide is the wipe half of this loop. This page is the fight you should not solo on the way there.

If you do not want Gynx, you still might want the room for gold, enchants, or a first-kill Soul dump. Then it is just another named fight. Bring the same party you would bring to any slam that out-paces a town weapon.

Party plan, not a Lionheart dare

The Roblox page still says the experience is built for groups. Handaconda is why that sentence exists. A three-life structure plus unread slams is how “solo Handaconda” clips get recorded by people who already knew the bar.

Roles that keep working:

• Soak. Warrior into Paladin, Martial Artist into Monk, or a later Lionheart if the trainer is already done. Guard unread animations. Do not greed the sword QTE the turn after a slam.
• Status. Slayer poison, Thief blind, Yorn’s Daze on whoever can land it. A boss that never sits in a debuff is a boss that out-heals your pride.
• Backline. Wizard only if the soak exists. Coward is a gift when someone else is the magnet.

Daze is still the first skill worth chasing. Open with it when the boss is not mid-slam. Save a second use for a rage or add wave if the live card describes one. The getting started quest is how you own that button.

What community clips claim — and what we will not copy

Late 2026 shorts talk about a rock-paper-style phase, a Grand Slam ultimate, stone-skin potions, and steal-the-DR tools on a Corrupt stamp. Those lines move. We will not print a fake “always pick Rock” script as if it were patch notes. If Trello or a Discord pin names a phase, play that phase. If a creator’s overlay disagrees with the card, the card wins.

Soul Ignition from Corruption does not replace Guard. A Heresy transform on a player who still eats yellow is a Grove costume on a corpse. Finish the Grove dialogue on a character you can reclear with, then take this room.

Before you pull

1. Own a Base Class you will actually swing. Town weapons still matter. Axe and Hammer QTE bars are later extras, not a skip.
2. Stack Endurance like a loadout, then the damage bar your fork scales. Luck is loot, not a tank stat.
3. Carry Hard-mode heals. Meditate between wipes. The Soul Tree still wants health first.
4. Bind a Discord group that can reclear. A one-life leftover is a leave, not a hero clip.
5. If this pull is for Gynx, read the wipe warning twice. The Paladin who farmed the gear is the Paladin you are about to delete.

After the kill

Identify Grove drops at the gold NPC if the pieces come in unidentified. Details sit on the items page. Equip the three Gynx names before you talk to Thyerias. Do not vendor Open Hand because the model looks like vendor trash.
